Una de las cosas por la que destaca Japón, entre otras muchas, es en avances en tratamiento y productos de belleza.
Desde que he llegado a este país he tenido la oportunidad de probar muchos productos de los que os quiero hablar, así que en esta ocasión os voy a traer tres productos de maquillaje de piel, dos de marcas japonesas: Canmake y Koh Gen Do, y un producto de Maybelline exclusivo para Japón.
No hace falta recordaros que mi piel es complicada, por la deshidratación, la grasa, el acné puntual y la rosacea, debido a lo cual siempre voy en busca de una base para diario que ayude a mi piel sin sofocarla. Hasta el momento, mi base preferida (liquida) es la Face&Body de MAC (tono C2), pero por desgracia en Japón no la venden, y no entiendo muy bien porqué ya que aquí la tendencia más fuerte en maquillaje es la naturalidad y la piel jugosa.
Teniendo esto en cuenta y de que sigo una rutina muy completa de limpieza, hidratación y exfoliación de la piel, os hablo de mi experiencia con cada uno de los productos.
Base de maquillaje Moisture Foundation de Koh Gen Do, tono 012: El producto más caro de los tres con diferencia, ya que su precio supera los 40€, esta marca japonesa es un marca de prestigio con productos de muy buena calidad, debido a lo cual y, tras leer y escuchar numerosas y excelentes reseñas me animé a probarla. De primeras ya os digo que no me gusta; no creo que sea una mala base pero no pienso que sea adecuada para pieles deshidratadas, en mi piel puedes ver como la base nunca llega a asentarse y marca todas las imperfecciones (por muy pequeñas que sean) con acumulación de pigmento en pielecitas y zonas ligeramente más secas. Además, el tono es demasiado claro, a pesar de las mil veces que la probé, los subtonos de esta base son difíciles de entender y, entre un tono y el siguiente, el salto es (para mi gusto) demasiado grande. En definitiva, ha sido un gran chasco, aunque la sigo usando para aclarar otras bases, pienso que puede ser buena para pieles normales y algo secas, pero definitivamente, no para pieles deshidratadas o mixtas.
Super BB Cream Ultra Cover de Maybelline, tono 02: Esta BB Cream tiene cosas muy buenas como su factor de protección SPF 50 PA+++ y su buena cobertura. Lo malo, solo tiene dos tonos, el número 01 es rosa/naranja medio/oscuro y el 02 es cálido medio/oscuro; además, de la misma manera que la base anterior, tampoco me parece una base buena para pieles deshidratadas, y aún siendo recomendada para pieles mixtas, marca pielecitas, no hidrata las zonas más secas/deshidratadas y no mantiene a raya las zonas grasas, desapareciendo con el paso de las horas a parches. Esta base la usé en verano y a principios de otoño (cuando tenia algo de color), y aunque hay días que no la odio, su acabado no es natural ya que se ve la textura/pigmento del producto sobre la piel. Precio 1600Yen (sin impuestos, 13€ aprox)
Perfect Serum BB Cream de Canmake, tono 01: Esta es la más reciente y con la que más contenta estoy, se tata de una BB Cream de factor de protección SPF 50 PA+++ , formulada con hasta 21 excelentes ingredientes para el cuidado de la piel como el ácido hialuronico, extracto natural de Ginko Biloba, Aloe Vera, Jalea Real, Soja, colágeno, ceramidas, etc... que promete cuidar la piel mientras la protege e iguala el tono con una cobertura media y acabado satinado radiante (sin brillo, ojo!). Lo que más me gusta, la formulación es espectacular, el acabado en la piel es muy bonito y natural, y la piel se siente hidratada durante todo el día sin parchear. Lo malo, los subtonos son bastante cálidos (amarillos), pero en mi caso eso es un plus, pero lo peor es la poca variedad de tonos ya que solo tiene dos y son de tono medio, así que para pieles muy claras y/o de subtono neutro o frío este producto no sirve. Precio 800 Yen (sin impuestos, 6,7€).

With this in mind, and that I follow a very complete skin care routine of cleaning, moisturizing and exfoliation, I talk about my experience with each of the products.
Moisture Foundation from Koh Gen Do, tone 012: The most expensive product of the three with a big difference, since its price exceeds 40€. This Japanese brand is a prestigious brand with very good quality products, due to what which, after reading and listening to numerous and excellent reviews, I got encouraged to try it.
First of all, I have to tell you that I don't like it at all; I don't think it is a bad makeup foundation but I don't think it is suitable for dehydrated skin. I can see how the product never set on my skin and shows up all the imperfections (no matter how small they are) with accumulation of pigment in flaky skin and slightly drier areas. In addition, the tone is too light, despite the thousand times I tried it before buy it, the undertones of this foundation are difficult to understand and, between one tone and the next, the difference is (to my liking) too large. In short, it has been a great disappointment, although I still use it to light darker foundations, I think it may be good for normal and maybe dry skin, but definitely not for dehydrated or combination skin.
Super BB Cream Ultra Cover from Maybelline, tone 02: This BB Cream has very good things like its SPF 50 PA +++ protection factor and its hight coverage. The downside, is that it only has two shades, the number 01 is pink/orange in a medium tone, and 02 is warm, in a medium/dark tone; also, as the previous foundation, it also does not suit dehydrated skin, and even if it is recommended for combination skin, it does not hydrate the drier/dehydrated areas and does not keep oily areas at bay, making patches as it disapears. I used this BB Cream in summer and early fall (when I was a bit tan), and although, there are days that I do not hate it, its finish is not natural since the texture / pigment of the product its shows up on the surface of the skin.

It is a BB Cream with SPF 50 PA +++ sun protection, formulated with up to 21 excellent skin care ingredients such as hyaluronic acid, natural extract of Ginko Biloba, Aloe Vera, Royal Jelly, Soy, collagen, ceramides, etc ... that promises to take care of the skin while uniformes the skin tone with a medium coverage and radiant satin finish (not shiny!). What I like most: the formulation is spectacular, the finish is realy beautiful and natural, and the skin feels hydrated throughout the day without patching. What I don't like: the undertone is quite warm (yellow), but in my case that is a plus, but the worst thing is that it only has two tones and they are pretty medium, so, this product does not work for fair to light skin tone, or neutral to cold undertone.
